Quick tricks to slim down by summer!

These are just a couple of tips and tricks that I've been using lately in order to be slim by summer, and I thought I should share them with you!

-replace sugary pop or soda with club soda with fruit juice (My fav? club soda with lime)
-snack on pre-cut veggies ( cucumber,pepper, carrots)I really love eating snow peas!
-try to have at least 8 glasses of water a day
- exercise while doing simple tasks (lunges while brushing your teeth, or try elongating your stride when walking...this will tone your butt and thighs!)

  1. Great tips. I will surely try these tips because I need this right now...shhh..but I'm getting fat everyday because of eating too much sweets. Anyway, I'm cutting out some now. You can also add some good sleep, it will help burn those calories while sleeping. Window roller blinds can help shade your room. Try some.
